The LITYY Impact Fellowship is designed to engage passionate individuals in meaningful work that supports LITYY's mission of amplifying young African women's stories and fostering community-led change. Fellows contribute across areas such as digital storytelling, community outreach, research, design, and content development.
Whether you're skilled in communications, tech, partnerships, or simply eager to learn and contribute, this fellowship is your chance to help shape narratives that matter.
Support Needed
Story Curation & Research
Help source and vet inspiring stories of young African women changemakers through interviews, outreach, and collaboration with our editorial team.
Social Media & Digital Engagement
Support LITYY's online presence by crafting content, managing platforms, and analyzing engagement metrics to help grow our reach and community.
Partnership Development
Assist in identifying and connecting with potential partners, sponsors, or networks aligned with LITYY's vision.
Content Design & Visuals
Create graphics, story layouts, or short videos that bring our narratives to life across platforms and in digital publications.
Time Commitment
- • Story Curation & Research:
4–6 hours/week
- • Social Media & Digital Engagement:
4–8 hours/week
- • Partnership Development:
Flexible, 3–5 hours/week
- • Content Design & Visuals:
Project-based or 5–8 hours/week depending on scope
All opportunities can be done remotely, with flexible scheduling.
Who Can Apply
