About the Initiative
Rail of Hope is a social enterprise committed to empowering youths and organizations through personal development training and sexual harassment awareness. By equipping participants with essential life skills and knowledge, Rail of Hope fosters safer, more confident, and purpose-driven communities.
Volunteers are at the heart of our mission—bringing diverse perspectives, expertise, and energy to workshops, mentorship sessions, and community engagements.
Support Needed
Mentorship Programs
Guide and support youth participants in their personal development journeys through one-on-one mentorship or group coaching sessions.
Training Facilitation
Co-design and lead engaging workshops focused on personal development and sexual harassment awareness for youth and organizational teams.
Program Design
Collaborate with the Rail of Hope team to improve training content, develop resources, and adapt materials for different audiences.
Outreach & Awareness
Help expand the initiative's impact by supporting social media campaigns, community engagement, and awareness events.
Time Commitment
- • Mentorship Programs:
5–7 hours/week depending on mentee needs
- • Training Facilitation:
6–10 hours/month including preparation and delivery
- • Program Design:
Flexible, approx. 3–5 hours/week
- • Outreach & Awareness:
4–6 hours/week, depending on campaign activities
Who Can Apply
- ✓
Young professionals, students, educators, and advocates passionate about youth empowerment and personal development
- ✓
Individuals with experience or interest in mentorship, training, or community organizing
- ✓
People committed to fostering safe, inclusive spaces and raising awareness on social issues like sexual harassment
- ✓
Availability for at least 3–6 months preferred to ensure meaningful engagement
